Meet Us
We are a group of people that think our spiritual journey is better traveled together than alone. There are times we need help and care and times when others need care from us. What we do together is walk with each other through our lives in our Christian Faith.
Individually, people seek to be “good” and find meaning for their lives. As a church community, we find our direction toward goodness in Jesus Christ. We help each other by exploring our faith, sharing the Gospels and Scriptures, discerning God 's presence with us, and affirming our goodness and the continual grace of God through Christ Jesus.
Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church as a church community understands the personal mission quest. As a member of the larger, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we share a common bond in the free gift of God’s grace through Jesus Christ, our Savior. Grace is the continual unconditional love from God that is ever present. This grace is available to everyone. We all are welcome here with their whole selves, which includes one’s race, ethnic background, past wrongdoing, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability and legal status. God made us all and God loves us all.
We confess the Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. In our preaching and teaching we trusts the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe.
